Dear Friends,

We had intended to send out another update last Sunday, but we had such problems with computers that it was impossible to get them out. I will instead just give you a summary of the last several weeks.

Peter has returned after 3 weeks in Munich, Germany where he had an amazing time, not just physically, but a real retreat spiritually as well. I’m sure that at some point you will hear some of the stories of the things that God did and the incredible, intimate time he had together with Him. It is a new man that has come home to me and I am really amazed at the transformation!

Peter had the full body hyperthermia twice in the three weeks he was there. During the whole body hyperthermia they heat up his body to about 41.7 degrees (107 Fahrenheit) for approx. 6 hours. The cancer cells die when the body reaches that temperature for this length of time.

He was kept pretty busy every day while he was there. They did localized hyperthermia on the tumors every day, along with a number of other types of treatment. When he arrived at the hospital they scanned him and measured the size of the tumors and then they did it again a few days after the first full body hyperthermia. At that point he had done 10 days of intense local hyperthermia and a number of other forms of detoxification treatment and I.V. treatment to cleanse the blood and body as well as major doses of vitamin C and the results are great!

The tumors in his shoulder have shrunk to close to half the size. There is calcification in them, which shows that they are dying! The tumor mass in his chest has shrunk some as well and there is calcification in them. During the scan something we've been suspecting for a while was confirmed. It appears that the tumors in his neck are completely gone!

Also, since getting the full body treatment he has not had the horrible night sweats, which before would completely drench his clothes and sheets! Also, the itching has decreased by about 30 - 40% since starting this treatment in Germany. Peter is on the road to recovery!

Within the next two weeks we’re hoping Peter will get a complete scan (and other tests) here in Denmark, which will determine the exact state of his condition.

People have been asking how much money has come in and so far most of the initial 3 weeks has been covered! The hospital gave him 5,000 Euros in deductions as well which is a huge help. Peter will probably return again in approximately 6 weeks for another two weeks of treatment and we have other ongoing treatment expenses as well. Thank you so much to everyone that has given. We are truly so blessed by the outpouring of kindness and generosity! Thanks also to Peter’s sister who has worked hard to help raise the needed funds!

In family news:

CammiAnn: Her best friend Kihla has come over from the states and will be with us for 6 weeks! The girls have been talking non-stop since she arrived on Wednesday and they are thrilled to be back together.

Amanda: She returned from Mozambique after a wonderful outreach and is finishing off the final phase of her 8 month DTS. She has one month to go and then she will be home! She will be an official adult upon her return as she is turning 18 this Thursday!

Elizabeth: She’s working about 28 hours a week at the same school that CammiAnn goes to and dividing the rest of her time between helping us and YWAM here in Denmark as well as getting her Danish driver’s license, which is neither cheap nor easy for those who are used to American standards! She is saving up to move on in the next phase of her education in media production.

We have so much on our hearts that we would like to share, but we realize that it would take you a month to get through it all! We continue to be overwhelmed by the goodness of God and amazed by the revelation He has been giving us and the awesomeness of His presence.

The truth of the phrase “words cannot express” is really what we feel when we try to explain the things that God has been doing in our lives.

He is so magnificent!

Prayer requests:

* That the doctor here in Denmark will be willing to do the things that the doctor in Germany has requested.

* For a car. We have been blessed with the use of a car since we’ve been here, but the owners will be returning in April and we really need to have a car before then as we are living far away from public transportation.

* That the healing process would continue in Peter’s body and that the itching would continue to decrease.

* For wisdom as we proceed with treatment plans and attempt to balance ministry and personal/family time.

Our prayer for you is that you will come into a deeper, more intimate relationship with God and that you will experience His manifest presence more and more every day! No matter where we’re at with Him, there’s always more of Him to know! How awesome!

Blessings,

Shanie
